For over 20 years, I’ve helped thousands of Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania residents to get a fresh start in the areas of Bankruptcy law and IRS tax help as well as estate settlement.
Bankruptcy and Your Financial Fresh Start
My clients are now experiencing life without the stress and worry from the IRS or from overdue bills, debt collectors, collections lawsuits, auto repossessions and home foreclosures. My Chapter 7 bankruptcy clients have gotten relief from credit cards and repossessions, and my Chapter 13 bankruptcy clients have saved their homes from mortgage foreclosure.
IRS Tax Help
I help people to resolve their problems with the IRS and to prepare their unfiled tax returns and negotiate the best strategy for their IRS tax debts. I help people with IRS offers in compromise, installment agreements and uncollectible status requests, among other tax solutions. If the IRS is threatening to file tax liens or to garnish your wages or seize your assets, there are many strategies and programs to learn about.
Almost all of my clients have gone some form of financial hardship, such as job loss or loss of income, or divorce or some form of medical problem. They may have had bad luck, but they’re still good people. You probably have lots of questions about the areas in which I specialize (IRS tax help, bankruptcy and Student Loan assistance). I can answer those questions for you. I have made it my job to learn as much about the law as possible in order to help my clients make the best possible decisions. I’ve been a lawyer in Pittsburgh since 1993 and I’m a member of the following organizations:
- National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys;
- American Society of Tax Problem Solvers;
- National Association of Enrolled Agents;
My Office
My office is conveniently located on McKnight Road in the North Hills, very close to Ross Park Mall. I have recently moved to this location after being in Green Tree for many years.
My roots in Pittsburgh go much deeper however, as I grew up here and got my law degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School. I’m also the proud father of three boys.
I hope that you learn more about your legal rights from this website. I also invite you to email me questions about specific legal subjects.
Nevertheless, a web site is not a substitute for meeting with me face-to-face. Call my office to make an appointment; I am frequently available to meet with prospective clients in the evenings and weekends as well.
